1. Establishment of the status of an honorary member of the Foundation.
1.1 Honorary membership of the Foundation may be granted to a citizen of any country, whose merits before the Foundation will be clearly expressed. (Often financial donations, business support, and intellectual and business assistance in various areas).
2. Establishment of the Government Order of the Foundation.
2.1 Form a Government of the Order of the Foundation, of which only the Founders and the President shall be members. The candidate for honorary membership fills in a special application electronically, which will be sent to him / her by the official e-mail of the foundation and the completed application will be sent with a confirmed signature by feedback to the official e-mail of the foundation. After that the person becomes an honorary member of the foundation, is awarded a special certificate and order.
2.2 Establish the Order of the Foundation and define it as a brooch, or a special hanger on the heart. The order form will be the numbering on the back of the foundation logo.
2.3 The Government of the Foundation has the right to revoke the title and order of the Honorary Member of the Foundation and the Order, and revoke the certificate if the Honorary Member and the Order violate ethical and moral norms, disrespect the Charter of the Foundation and commit lawlessness. 2.4 Honorary members and members of the Foundation will always be invited to meetings or events organized by the Foundation.

3. Foundation membership.
3.1 The membership of the Foundation is determined in accordance with Article 5 of the Charter of the Foundation. The membership fee is set at 5 GEL up to the 5th of each month. If the established membership fee is not paid by the member of the foundation within three months, according to the regulation defined in paragraph 5.3.5 of the charter, the member of the foundation will be expelled.
